How to claim your
Proven, Good Looking & Smart Rebate
Order one Minus Forty® single door or double door merchandisers (Model 22-USGF, 43-UDGF, or 43X-UDGF) from your current pet food program provider or from Minus Forty. Order must be received by Minus Forty by April 26, 2024 (“Order Date”). *The value of the rebate (“Manufacturer’s Rebate”) is $250USD per single door merchandiser and $600USD per double door merchandiser.
Rebates must be registered by June 28, 2024. Rebates will not be eligible if registered after this date. Register your rebate using the QR code or at globalpetrebate.minusforty.com by providing proof of purchase (“Claim Date”).
A check will be issued to you by August 16, 2024 for all Eligible Merchandisers.
How to submit your rebate request
Thank you for choosing Minus Forty, a Due North brand, to help you sell more pet food. We are pleased to process your PROVEN, GOOD LOOKING & SMART REBATE.
You will be asked to provide us with your contact information, including legal name of the rebate recipient. This information will remain confidential.
You will then be asked to provide us with the serial number of the merchandiser, upload a photograph showing the Minus Forty Data Plate and upload a copy of the invoice pertaining to the purchase. Please have this information ready before submitting your rebate request.
Rebates apply to single and double door merchandisers (Model 22-USGF, 43-UDGF, or 43X-UDGF). Rebate is limited to two freezers per customer.
